TEMPE, Ariz. – Arizona State head coach Kenny Dillingham kept an active portal hot early Monday morning, landing a commitment from former Colorado wide receiver Omarion Miller, per On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Miller, who will be a senior next season, is the No. 9 overall player and second-best receiver in the portal. He is the highest-rated prospect to commit to ASU from the transfer portal in program history.
He recorded 808 yards and 8 touchdowns for the Buffaloes last season. In their Nov. 22 game against the Sun Devils, Miller recorded 35 yards and a touchdown.
Throughout his entire career at Colorado, Miller collected 1,258 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. The Louisiana native is expected to be one of the earlier wideout selections in the 2027 NFL Draft.
Miller is the second major wide receiver to transfer from Colorado to ASU in recent memory, with future first-rounder Jordyn Tyson following the same route.
Coincidentally, both receivers wore the number four in their time at Colorado.
Miller will join a receiving room that had gaps to fill, with the departures of the Sun Devils’ top three leading receivers in Tyson, tight end Chamon Metayer, and receiver Malik McClain.
He is the second receiver that Dillingham has landed in the portal, following the homecoming of Raiden Vines-Bright, a former Tempe Corona Del Sol High School product.
